ABOUT ME

With 10+ years of experience working in nonprofit production and artistic management, I gravitate toward teams that think outside of the box by asking, "how might we...?" with the goal of crafting meaningful experiences for people.

I am a pro at working collaboratively across departments to bring to life a shared goal that brings value to organizations while meeting core user needs. My passion has always been working to craft meaningful experiences for others and UX is no exception.

My experience working in the heart of a fast-paced production team of a symphony orchestra ingrained in me the value and importance of being a team player, prioritization, maintaining flexibility, and communicating clearly across many diverse groups and cross-departmentally. My experience has equipped me with a unique perspective that I bring to all of my design projects, approaching them with genuine curiosity, humbleness, and empathy.

UX Design allows me leverage my curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving skills to tackle problems that lead to others feeling empowered, delighted, & seen. I find inspiration through simplicity and I gravitate towards experiences that remind us of our shared humanity.

WHEN I'M NOT WORKING

I am a better designer when I take time away from the computer screen. During those times, you'll find me on my way to a yoga class, experimenting with pour-over ratios, trying out new recipes, or with my cat, Peach.
